Is the apartment or vacation home I see on the Internet the one I get?
Yes, we rent the specific property you see in full detail on our website. We believe that this is the only way to ensure your complete satisfaction with your accommodation.
Making a reservation online
With the Rio Management online reservation system you are able to:

What is required to make a reservation?
When you find the property of your choice you can either book the property online or call us at 1-866-316-8015. When making your reservation we require a 30% deposit. The remaining balance is will be collected in CASH upon client’s arrival. (In some cases client can pay full balance due via credit, this must be arranged prior to client’s arrival in writing)
When is check-in & check-out time?
Most properties will be available for check-in at 2:00pm. An early check-in may be possible, some units have an additional fee for a guaranteed early check-in.
Check out time is 12:00 pm A late check-out may be possible, and most units have an additional fee for a guaranteed late check-out
Cancellation and No Refund Policy
Cancellation after confirmation of booking results in forfeiture of any and all collected money, except the guest's security deposit and cleaning fee (if applicable) if full payment has been made. However, after cancellation for any reason, if a portion of the rental time is re-booked at the same rate, a pro-rata refund will be made for those dates re-booked. All refunds of rental services payments, whether complete or pro-rata, will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. To protect against cancellations caused by certain unforeseen events, such as illness, we recommend that guests purchase travel insurance to assure refund of deposits paid.
How will I receive my confirmation and arrival instructions from Rio management
All confirmation and arrival instructions will be sent via email. To make certain you receive these emails, please adjust your spam filter to add the domain Rio Management.com to your list of accepted email addresses. You will receive a reservation confirmation including directions and arrival instructions via email after making your reservation. If you have not received these emails, please contact us at Rio Management.com.
Is there shopping nearby?
Yes, there are many shops and restaurants within minutes of most of our properties, most of our properties have shops and restaurants within walking distance.
How many people are allowed to stay in each apartment or home?
Occupancy may not exceed what is posted for each property on that unit's webpage. Maximum occupancy includes any infants and/or children. Please check the specific occupancy information provided for the unit you are interested in as some units have may have different occupancies than what is stated below.
The following outlines the general maximum occupancy for each apartment or home, unless otherwise posted:
1 bedrooms sleep maximum of 2
2 bedrooms sleep maximum of 4
3 bedrooms sleep maximum of 6
Is there air conditioning?
Yes, almost all of our apartments and vacation homes have air conditioning, some units only have air conditioning in one room (this may be the living room or bedroom)- we try to state the number and locations of air conditioners for each property under "Amenities" on the property page, so be sure to check there for specific information regarding the location and number of air conditioners.
Is there a fully equipped kitchen in all apartments/vacation homes?
Yes, most apartments and vacation homes have a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette including:
Refrigerator, stove (except studios), microwave, dishwasher (except studios), coffee maker, toaster, pots & pans, dishes, glasses, silverware and cooking utensils, iron and ironing board, broom, and dust pan. Please check each property under "Amenities" on the property page for more details about the kitchen for a specific property .
Are linens and towels provided?
Yes, there are linens and towels provided in each apartment or rental home. All bedding is provided and towels are supplied.
Are the apartment / vacation homes cleaned daily?
No, the apartment or vacation home is cleaned before your arrival and after your departure. You can request a Mid-stay Clean at an additional charge as an option during the reservation process, A Mid-stay Clean includes: changing linens and towels, cleaning all bathrooms, kitchen area, dusting, sweeping and mopping and refreshing your starter paper products.
